Vaporeon is another one of my favorite Eevee evolutions. The water effect is just so beautiful. This is your best eevee themed card so far. So beautiful,yet inspirational. Love Vaporeon! Great job. Too beautiful for words~<3 Love this so much!

I use photoshop CS3 for my eCards, but I used a program called Sqirlz Water Reflections. It gives you water reflections so simply and easily!
